    I had purchased Xiaomi Redmi 4A (Gold, 16 GB) vide your order ID No.402-4283888-5776362 dated 06.04.17. I have been using the mobile from 18.04.17 onwards. All of a sudden the SIM-2 slot is not working from 13.05.17 onwards. The mobile was given to Xiaomi Authorized Service Centre at Kotakommala Lay out, Tirupati on 18.05.17 for necessary servicing. To my surprise, he told me that the board got demaged and it costs Rs.3200/- on 20.0517. I asked him, since the mobile was under Guarantee and Warranty period for 1 year, you have to change the board at free of cost. In turn, he told me that he can not replace the Board at free of cost even after showing the Invoice copy provided by you. I still do not understand, why the customer should pay the amount to Service Centre, when the mobile is under Guarantee and Warranty Period. Please send me the new Redmi 4A piece as a replacement for the non working mobile, since the Authorized Service Centre Fellow lifted his hands. Otherwise, you please instruct the Authorized Service Centre fellow to rectify the present problem of SIM-2 slot problem.
